I object to this proposed rule. As an investor for 40+ years, I've used leveraged and inverse ETFs for a good part of that time. I understand the risks and rewards of using these ETFs. In these volatile market times, I use such ETFs to manage my portfolio and enhance my returns, all the time understanding the risks. Please do not adopt this proposed rule.
