Dear SEC,

I am writing because I am STRONGLY opposed to the proposed rule #S7-24-15. I regularly use inverse ETFs, and sometimes leveraged ETFs as part of my trading strategy particularly in my self-directed IRA account. It is not your job to tell me what I can and cannot do with my own money. It is my job as an investor to research and understand what I am investing in. Individual investors need to be given the ability to make their own decisions as to whether an investment is or is not appropriate for them.

I would prefer that the SEC focuses almost exclusively on enforcing insider trading and ensuring that trading markets are fair (ie. HFT firms front-running retail and institutional orders).
