Dear SEC, Please do not introduce restrictions on the ability of my wife and I to manage our investments to include leveraged and inverse funds. We have found these to be very useful financial instruments. It would have a negative result on our investment returns if such were to come to pass. There is simply no need, and we have no desire to have to jump through the proverbial hoops to continue to use such financial instruments when advantageous.
It is a completely separate matter to ensure that financial markets are free from fraud and abuse of investors. We applaud your work in that regard.
Thank you very much for consideration of this input.
