Dear sirs, I strongly urge that you do not limit The ability of investors to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. The risks associated with these funds are adequately explained by both the broker and the provider or creator of such funds. As a soon to be retiring I am well aware of the risks associated with these funds and monitor my account closely. For the most part I place limited margin trades that I monitor very closely and very seldom make those trades cash trades Simply because I do understand the risks. I do not want a brokerage or any other Individual telling me what I can or cannot invest in. That is my responsibility. Such SEC rulings will surely favor the wealthy and make it very difficult for judicious small time investors to make significant gains when the opportunities present themselves. I understand your desire to protect investors. I think Your time and energy would be best spent in educating investors rather than limiting their abilities to choose such funds. Thank you.
