I am an individual investor who has extensive experience in options/futures and leveraged funds are one very excellent choice among all the investment tools, mostly for hedging. Just because some people trade irresponsibly, does not mean the SEC should expect people to be dumb and ban the products. Leverage funds has helped me hedge during turbulent times like this, and I believe SEC should not restrict leveraged funds. If you want those restrictions, then you should ban all derivative instruments, and maybe ban all stock trading all together because people may be dumb enough to not know the risks of stocks that indeed can lose money. We should not be lowered to the level of the lowest common denominator. Thank you for your consideration.
