The new regulations that may limit my ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds (LI Funds), including those offered by Direxion. This might adversely affect my trading.
One of the reason given is that investor do not monitor their positions. I would like to inform SEC that several brokerages provide online app from where users can monitoring LI funds even when they are not on their computer. I, for one monitor my account using app.
Also, I fully understand that brokerage firm only provides a platform from where I can do my trading on my own while knowing all the risks involved in trading LI funds. They have no right to decide whether one is sufficiently capable to assess risk, or not.
