I want to be able to make my investing decision to buy or short the market with ETFs. As an investor, this is my right and I believe SEC should not rig the game for the average investors. SEC should step back and let the market trade freely. After all, this is a free market, if SEC interrupted the market by putting more restrictions for the average investors to make money (buy or sell) then this is call a rig game.
