I oppose SEC rule #S7-24-15,
I have been investing for many years and greatly appreciate using leveraged ETPs. I monitor and am fully responsible for my own investments. The brokerage companies that I use are my facilitators in allowing me to manage my monies... they are not my nannies. The SEC is doing an admirable job of protecting us investors but I view #S7-24-15 as an overreach of their mandate.
