I strongly disagree with the proposed regulations. I have been using leveraged and inverse funds for many years to help manage risk and improve my portfolio performance. It would require too much effort to have to prove that you understand and are qualified to trade leveraged funds. Each investor should know what they are buying as with any security before they invest. Let the free market system work as it is intended.
