Dear SEC,

Although most recently I have lost quite a bit on leveraged funds. I can also recall times I have had considerable gains. ETFs in general though meant to reduce risk exposure, can cause melt ups during prosperous market times which then lead to indiscriminate selling on the way down when markets are not so friendly. My key is to never bet (and yes it is a bet) more than I can afford to lose. Because there are many things outside of my control. Like wars, pandemics, indiscriminate tariffs, and suspiciously timed Tweets that seem to create overnight winners.

Respectfully,

James H. Robinson
