I've been investing over 40 years. Leverage and inverse funds comprise a small portion of my portfolio and are used to protect my holdings in a down or volatile market like the one that exists at the moment.
I understand their risk. There is no need for government intervention telling me which investments to keep in my portfolio. Keep the free markets...free.
