Please note that I am against the Proposed Rule #S7-24-15. As an independent trader, I find leveraged and inverse funds to be helpful products among many others that I use in my work. I understand what they are just as much as any other stock or fund that I trade.
In my opinion, markets should be open to all participants. This means that all traders and investors should have leveraged and inverse funds available to them without limitations.
