I am an individual investor. I use leverage funds to enhance returns and protect my investment portfolio. I understand their performance characteristics and do not believe a third party evaluation of my capabilities is warranted and is certainly not wanted I resent government-imposed limitations on my investment choices. Please focus you attention on something like HFT.
