-I have day traded 3X leveraged products for many years. I fully understand the risks, which my brokerages have made very clear. I have never lost a significant amount of money in any, as I am always out at the end of a day. I object to these proposed requirements as being a burdensome restriction on my investment possibilities.I fear that they may result in the funds not offering these products which I make daily use of.
