I have been invested in leveraged ETFs and Mutual Funds for over ten years. The financial firm had me sign a statement stating that I understood the risk. That was fine However, this proposal basicly requiring me to be an Accredited Investor, which I am not,is contrary to long standing free public markets without goverment limitations. This would be setting a dangerous precedent. Edward Kelly
