I am disturbed by the proposed new regulations that may limit my ability to trade leveraged and inverse funds (LI Funds). I choose my investments carefully and monitor my portfolio regularly I believe the same is true for other investors. The fact is, these funds are the only way many individual investors can take advantage of tools that large money managers can use. Please do not adopt these new rules.
