i am NOT in favor of this regulation.
I am an investor that understands leverage index funds. I monitor my investments daily., including my leveraged ETFs.
These ETFs are important since I dont trade futures, I use these ETFs for future exposures in my retirement accounts.
Please DO NOT PASS this regulation. It will affect me personally on my investment strategies.
