Sec rule to significantly delay and to make it much more difficult for me to use leveraged funds is extremely destructive. These funds are used to hedge the portfolio agains wild market volatility and allow me not to have to liquidate it. It is a pure attempt at market manipulation. Sec might as well examine my sanity any time I buy any stock which is individually much riskier than these funds. Let me make my decisions on what to do with MY money when I invest in assets which have a very CLEAR and accurate disclosure. This is a grotesque and absolutely unnecessary encroachment on my personal freedom.
