Dear SEC rep, Please note I am very aware of th risk rewards of leveraged ETFs .. Adding regulation is not necessary, though maybe requesting brokers to add a step in processing leveraged transactions before complete may not be a bad idea, like a quick pop up warning reminding the greater risk of any leveraged products, and the rolling costs, as my leveraged ETFs and likely others, seem to bear higher fees than non leveraged ones, maybe rightfully so, but nonetheless if this is made clear prior to completing transactions (or some one time signify for all brokerage clients) would be enough.
