Dear SEC Representatives,
I am writing as an individual investor who is greatly concerned about the proposed regulations which would severely limit, as well as highly complicate my ability to invest in leveraged inverse funds. These particular funds are important means to control risk in my portfolio. Moreover, I am quite capable of making my own investment decisions and do not need the government dictating my choices in life. I implore your organization to represent the spirit of free enterprise and freedom of choice which has contributed to our country's long history of economic growth and opportunity. Do not support these unecessary regulatory restrictions.
