Allowing an open and free market is at the core of a capitalistic society. By interjecting it's will into a free market, government(s) begin to corrupt the market itself. I personally have lost a considerable amount of assets due to investments in securities that this ruling is trying to limit, yet still strongly believe they should be open access like any other security. My losses have taught me more about options, alternative investment strategies, and how the market works. I am a better, more educated, member of society because of it.

Please consider the side effects of such a ruling, and what it would do to the world's best, most efficient, capital market
