Hello, As a individual part time investor I am opposed to restrictions to my abiliity to purchase inverse or leveraged funds. I have found these funds useful in protecting my portfoili only last week I gained significant protection for a leveraged VIX ETF.
Please maintain a market that is open to Everyone, and only regulate these funds as required to ensure their stability.
