Hi. I strongly believe that leveraged and inverse leveraged funds accelerate price discovery and improve facilitation of efficient financial markets by allowing individual investors to take advantage of improved leverage and using their own judgement to manage the risk and obtain improved returns. Unnecessary restrictions will thus reduce market efficiency and restrict educated private investors from using these financial tools. I believe restricting the use of these leveraged funds is not going to help in protecting individual investors from risk as there are complementary risk management tools available such as options.
