I would like to voice my opinion. I don't believe in a nanny state telling its citizens what it can and cannot do. I am an investor in leveraged and inverse funds and I am well aware of any risks and if this change is implemented you will actually be adding one more unnecessary risk. Please do not go through with the proposed change.
