Gentlemen:
I am dismayed to learn that there is a proposal to limit or qualify users of inverse and leveraged funds. I use these extensively to improve and hedge my positions. I've been an active investor for more than fifty years and utilize these excellent tools with regularity. I hope you will not change my freedom to continue to do so.
