I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed regulations which would make it difficult for me to invest in leveraged funds. I fully understand the risks involved in buying these leveraged and inverse funds. I do not like someone else deciding what is good for me and taking my freedom of choice away. I do not want the government controlling my investment decisions and am fully aware of how to use these funds and am cognizant of the risks involved. I'm hoping that my comments and comments of like-minded citizens would be taken into consideration and this proposed regulation would not be implemented.
