Dear SEC,
I am writing to request that you reconsider this proposal. This is very disturbing to me. Why do you get the ability to "decide" for people what they can invest in depending on their income? Lower income individuals deserve the opportunity to invest in all securities, just like wealthier individuals. By limiting who gets to invest in inverse and leveraged securities, you will completely alienate the people you intend to "save". Your arrogance is unbelievable. We don't need your "saving", we just need a equal opportunity.
