The proposed regulations are a detriment to individual investors such as myself. I understand risks involved in trading leveraged and inverse funds. I use ProShares inverse funds as a hedge to protect my portfolio. I have positions in these funds and possibly forcing me to close out these positions would be a nightmare I do not want a third party evaluating my capability to trade. When traded correctly these funds are a valuable tool to individuals who are unable to short individual stocks or ETFs. Thank you
