To Whom it May Concern,
In reference to the proposed new regulations on leveraged and inverse funds: I have been investing in leveraged and inverse funds since at least 2010. I believe those types of funds are an important part of my balanced portfolio of investments, both taxable and retirement. I am fully capable of understanding the risks and benefits of those funds. It is not necessary for any third party bureau officials to evaluate my capabilities. Please continue to maintain the free public market in investing, and allow individual retail investors full access to investment products. Thank you,
