I wish to express my opposing view about Rule S7-24-15 which would harm my investment goals. It would put hurdles in my investment activity as an individual investor due to the following reasons:
-I frequently use leveraged ETF which allow me to pursue my investment goals and form an important part of my portfolio.
-I fully understand them and their characteristics and would not like another party evaluating my capability to do so and making it difficult to acquire them.
-I would like that free public markets stay as they are, where us investors have freedom to buy public listed securities without limitations or hurdles.
