I do believe that Leveraged and inverse funds are important to any investor. The new proposed regulations are bad for investors and unnecessary. It is my constitutional right as an American to be able to purchase any Stocks/ETF's I want, no matter the risk they entail. I pay all my taxes and should be able to do with my money what i want
