Dear SEC,

I am a private investor who trades leveraged ETFs that would be affected by the proposed new regulations. Trading in these ETFs has been without a doubt, a positive life changing experience for me. I have a good knowledge of and have been very successful trading these ETFs. I do not want a third party evaluating whether I am capable of understanding the ETFs I trade and or limiting my ability to trade them. This to me would be a major disservice and affect my future in a negative way.

I have been trading stocks for 20 years and find it much more cumbersome, time consuming and riskier trading in individual companies over the leveraged ETFs I trade.

I have worked hard, saved my money and found a way to make it grow through investing in ETFs, so that I may live the American dream and insure a prosperous future for my daughter. Don't take that away from me.
