ly 90 years the public has had the right to purchase securities in the free market. this SEC proposal would take away that freedom and open the door to more investment interference. please do not try to fix an unbroken system. for many years, as a retired investor self=directed I have used leveraged ETF's happily and successfully while avoiding other more risky products. thank you
