Dear SEC commissioners:
I would like to continue to have both leverage and inverse funds available to me as a small investor. Properly used, leveraged funds can provide additional growth and inverse funds can act as a hedge against downturns. Such funds inform buyers of the increased risks that correlate to possibility of increased gains. Please do not make it more difficult for the common investor to make these instruments part of a balanced portfolio.
