To Whom It May Concern,
I am a retail investor and I use leveraged funds as way to enhance and protect my portfolio. I am well aware of the risks associated with them, but I know how to use them in a way that manages this risk while also improving my risk/reward ratio. Please do not pass legislation that could lead to a reduction in leveraged fund choices and inhibit my ability to trade these funds. Thank you.
