Please do not impose any government-imposed limitations making it more difficult to purchase leveraged funds. I used these funds regularly and I am perfectly capable of understanding what these are. Don't add complexity where it is not needed.
The vast majority of people who use these funds understand the risks involved. There is great documentation explaining what these funds do online and available from the companies that provide the funds. Creating burdensome regulations that are useless for most everyone using these funds makes no sense. We have to stop designing systems that hurt 50 times more people than they help.
