I am very concerned about any regulation of leveraged products such as ETFs. I regularly trade 300% etfs for leveraging and hedging as I am a individual investor. It creates opportunities that only professional traders had access to years ago when I began investing. The proposed regulation seems to restrict individual capacity and continue to enable the wealthy that can afford advisement fot futures, options, and leverage vehicles. Please reconsider regulation as this is most always bad in a capitalist society. Thanks for your consideration.
