I am opposed to proposed regulations under consideration, referenced in Release No. 34-87607 that would impede my access to leveraged and inverse funds. New regulations that could restrict or eliminate my access to leveraged and inverse funds such as those offered by ProShares and others would adversely affect highly desirable investment options. I view the use of these funds to insure against market downturns and benefit from market upturns as essential to my investment strategies.
