Hello SEC,

Regarding making it more difficult to trade Leverage and Inverse funds. The stock market is risky, everyone knows that already. Please do not overburden us with more regulations - we know the risks. There is adequate information online regarding the risks of L I investments. These funds are very helpful to us as individual investors - you are taking away freedom of choice by blocking us form trading them. All this will accomplish is making it more difficult for the average investor to make money, and only the 1% will be able to profit off of these, very un-American. You are not helping anybody here.... the risks are clear on these types of funds, the internet has plenty of info on them for free for everybody. It is not the job of the SEC to babysit retail investors.... if they lose a little money, well then they just gained some knowledge, hands on training if you will. Please don't handcuff me - I am saving for my kids college with these. The Stock Market is freedom, it is part of America... leave us alone....

Thanks,

SImeon
