I am very strongly against the SEC forcing brokerage firms to determine a citizens ability to trade leveraged ETFs. I am a retail trader and I manage my own IRAs. I am an educated swing trader and Im also a Combat Veteran. I fought for freedom, if someone doesnt read the prospectus or understand the risk with investing that is their fault. For the SEC to take away my freedom to use a derivative properly just goes against free trade and the American way of life.
