As a financial advisor I do not recommend leveraged investments to retail clients. However, for those of us with knowledge of how they work, how a portfolio can benefit from them and an awareness of the potential for loss as well as gain, we should be able to access them. I use them routinely in my personal investments and I believe I should be able to continue to do so.
