If this proposal is adopted, I may lose the ability to benefit from the enhanced return and portfolio protection potential of leveraged and inverse funds. These funds are an importance aspect of my portfolio and have the ability to enchance and/or protect my portfolio assets. I understand the performance characteristics of these types of funds and do not care to have a third party evaluating my capability to invest in these types of securities. It is my opinion that the long-standing tradition of free public markets better serves the interest of those choosing to invest in any type of security. Thank you.
