Leverage and inverse funds are very important to me. They are easy to manage like ETF and do not have the risk of a single stock which could be even more volatile. They provide enhanced return. I understand the leverage and inverse funds for how they work and perform. I do not want a third-party to evaluate my ability to trade them. I want the freedom to trade the public security without government-imposed limitations.
