This proposal is ridiculous This is a free country and I should be able to buy any securities I want including leveraged funds I love the enhanced returns I get when the market goes up and even when the market goes down, I know that the market always goes back up and makes new highs including my leveraged securities I fully understand the risks involved and have been buying leveraged securities for at least 15 years I LOVE THEM I dont want the NANNY STATE telling me they know better than me what to buy Its a free public market and I dont want BIG BROTHER telling me they know better than me what To buy ITS MY CHOICE
