I believe that investors are capable of understanding the simple explanation of how inverse funds leveraged funds work. There is no need for regulations to have to use a third party to evaluate my ability to use these funds. I value my choice to use these funds. They help me protect my portfolio. I believe that investors should have the freedom to buy what they want to without additional government limitations.
