I've been investing for 40 years, and I have the ability to fully comprehend the risks and characteristics of inverse and leveraged funds without government interference. I don't need a third party with NO investing experience evaluating whether I understand those risks. I'm opposed to Release 34-87607 and recommend it be dropped forever.
