I believe this is an unnecessary intrusion into my financial decisions. I understand the nature of leverage and inverse funds and I do not need any entity to judge my abilities on how to use these funds. They are a necessary part of my portfolio and I am perfectly capable of managing it. I do not need any more government oversight. Let the market be free of this unnecessary and burdensome oversight.
