I would like to preserve my right to invest in leveraged and inverse funds without requiring a third-party review to determine whether I am allowed to invest in these funds.
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance and risks.
I am against this obstruction of free public markets.
I believe that the SEC should not selectively control investor exposure to risk.
