The SEC should not place any restrictions or regulations on leveraged ETFs (long or short). Traders and investors are adults that do not need big government regulation to protect us from these types of products. Equity options (calls and puts) in regular stocks and indexes expose traders and investors to way more leverage than leveraged ETFs. Leveraged ETFs are great products and must not be treated differently than any other stock or ETF.
