I have had good and bad years in the stock market. Much of my strategy the last 13 years is to be able to align my portfolio using funds instead of individual stocks. My risk is to leverage those funds plus take advantage of the market when it is time for that bear to show up. I am sure the current POTUS has influence this decision. Please at the very least, grandfather investors before any changes.
